Nationwide Appraisals is a Nationwide Network Supplier of Independent Automotive Appraisals, we are looking for a dependable, qualified, and outgoing Account Coordinator to manage our Auto Insurance Claims.
Nationwide Appraisals is a new company, just hitting our five year anniversary. We have grown very quickly over the course of the last 5 years and are looking to expand our office team. This is truly a ground floor opportunity and the right candidate will be provided an opportunity to grow with a new privately held company.
As a network supplier of auto appraisals, we have many clients that require us to manage their auto losses via a number of different computer programs. This position will be required to answer phones calls from clients and vendors, manage timelines and expectations of losses, respond to all emails and voicemails within four hours, and provide exemplary customer service.

Excellent Computer Skills (will be using 4 or 5 different programs)
Ability to effectively communicate with individuals nationwide
Outstanding Attendance required
Working independently and managing issues as needed
Ability to handle deadlines effectively and efficiently
Think outside the box and learn new things quickly
While previous insurance experience is not a must, it is extremely helpful and beneficial to the success of this position.
This position is a salaried position and offers paid vacation and health benefits after 90 days of employment. Salary will be based on previous experience.

AUTO PHYSICAL DAMAGE APPRAISER – ESTIMATOR
Job Description
As a Nationwide Network Supplier of Independent Automotive Appraisals, we are seeking auto physical damage appraisers/adjusters Nationwide. We are seeking “best of breed” estimators with a minimum of 5 years of experience who are interested in working for themselves as a 1099 Independent Contractor.
As a network supplier, you will be responsible for having dependable transportation, a digital camera, laptop computer (wireless internet card preferred), maintaining required license (if applicable by your state) and an estimating system of your preference (either CCC, Mitchell, or Audatex). Once you have passed the credentialing, you will be set up with training on how to use Nationwide Appraisals technology VistaClaim and will be on your way to receive appraisal assignments from our various Insurance Customers.
We are looking for someone with the following experience:
Writing estimates on CCC, Mitchell, or Audatex
Setting appointments and traveling to inspection site
Working with shops and salvage yards to inspect vehicles and handle supplements
Handling breakdowns and coordinating with shop to see possible damage
Talking with insured’s and claimants about the status of their vehicle
Managing your time in order to get the most out of your day
Working independently and managing issues as needed
Ability to handle deadlines effectively and efficiently
We are looking for team players with a great attitude and ability to handle a multitude of tasks. We will send you assignments from a growing number of different carriers, many of which have their own specific guidelines to be followed on the estimates.
